不同引进巴旦木品种光合作用研究

摘    要:以美国和新疆莎车引进到新疆阿克苏地区温宿县佳木国家重点林木良种基地的巴旦木优良品种为试材,用Li-6800光合作用仪测定引进的6个品种光合日变化。结果表明,麻壳的Pn曲线呈单峰型,米星、布特、鹰嘴、尖嘴黄呈双峰型存在明显的午休现象,石头呈三峰型;麻壳、米星、鹰嘴、尖嘴黄、石头的Tr曲线呈单峰型,布特呈双峰型;米星、麻壳、尖嘴黄的Gs曲线呈单峰型,鹰嘴呈双峰型,布特、石头呈三峰型;鹰嘴、麻壳和米星的Ci曲线呈单谷型;布特、石头和尖嘴黄呈双谷型。不同巴旦木品种的净光合速率差异不显著。不同品种巴旦木的日均Gs和Ci值存在显著性差异,米星日均Gs值显著高于石头;米星日均Ci值显著高于石头、麻壳、尖嘴黄;米星光合作用各项参数优与其他品种,可为巴旦木成功引种阿克苏地区提供参考。

Abstract:To the United States and Xinjiang salcar introduced to the Xinjiang Aksu District, Wenju County Jiamu National Key Wood Good Seed Base Almonds fine varieties as a test material, the daily change of photosynthesis of six varieties of almonds in the Aksu region was measured by the American-made Li-6800 photosynthesis instrument, and the results showed that the Pn curve of the Make was single-peak, with the two peaks of the Mission Butter Yingzui and Jianzuihuang being the phenomenon of a double peak, the Shitou was three peaks, the Make, the Mission, the Yingzui, the Jianzuihuang, the Shitou, the tr curve of the Shitou is single-peak, but the Butter is twin-peak type, the Mission, the Make, the Jianzuihuang Gs curve is single-peak type, the Yingzui is twin-peak type, Butter, the Shitou is three-peak type, the Ci curve of the Yingzui, the Make and the Mission is single-grain, and the Butter, the Shitou and the Jianzuihuang are double-grain. The difference in net photosynthesis rate of different almonds varieties was not significant. There are significant differences in the daily average Gs and Ci values of different varieties of almonds, the average Gs value of the Mission is significantly higher than that of Shitou, the average Ci value of the Mission is significantly higher than that of Shitou, Make, Jianzuihuang, and the parameters of Mission cooperation are superior to other varieties.
