摘    要:为进一步提高烟苗的素质,探究新型基质进行对比研究,找到更适宜的烟苗育苗基质及对烟叶产质量的影响。以3种基质为试验材料开展研究,设置6个不同育苗处理,通过比较各处理农艺性状差异及最大叶片的SPAD平均值,并结合烤后烟叶化学成分及协调性进行了综合分析。研究结果表明:蚯蚓粪基质苗期生物学性状表现最优,苔藓基质大田农艺性状表现较好,总体来看,苔藓基质、蚯蚓粪基质能够较好满足烟株生长需要,在生产中可以作为替代常规草炭基质使用。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study cultivation of strong seedling suitable for transplanting and field verification on flue-cured tobacco in order to improve the quality of tobacco seedlings and find the suitable newly substrate for breeding tobacco seedlings. The results showed that (1) Biological characters were the best on tobacco seedling stage for using wormcast substrate. (2) Agronomic characters were the best in tobacco field for using bryophyte substrate. (3) Bryophyte substrate and wormcast substrate could replace peat moss substrate in production due to the needs of tobacco growth.
