摘 要: | 本试验对马铃薯施用PP_(333)后一些生理特性的研究结果表明,PP_(333)能改善叶的光和性能和条件,表现出叶绿素含量增加,光合强度提高,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾强度降低和叶片含水量略高。PP_(333)还对GA_3起拮抗作用,抑制乙烯生物合成叶片衰老延缓,以及改变光合产物在植株各部位的分配,促进向块茎运转,使产量提高。

STUDIES OF APPLICATION OF PP333 TO POTATO PLANTS——Ⅲ.THE EFFECTS OF PP333 ON THE PHYSIOLOGICAL PROPERIETS |

Abstract: | In this paper, some physiological properties of potato plants treated with PP_(333) were studied.The results showed that PP_(333) can increase chlorophyl cortent and photosynthetic rate , the chlorophyl a and b of the 16th leaf were 18. 71% and 13.43% more than those of control, respectively, and the net assimilation was 31.58% more. When the leaves were sprayed with PP_(333), their stomatal resistance was increased while transpiration rate was decreased, therefore the water content of leaves was increased. In addition, PP_(333) can inhibit the biosynthesis of ethene in the leaves and delay leaf senescence. When PP_(333) was sprayed in combination with GA_3, the antagonistic effect was presented. The results also showed that the application of PP_(333) can modify the partition of assimilation product and favor the increase in potato tuber yield. |
