摘    要:啤酒花球果采收后,植株内部可溶性糖含量和氨基酸总量均出现不同程度的变化,其变化随割蔓时期的早晚及部位而异。然而,随割蔓时期的推迟,根系中可溶性糖和淀粉含量有规律增多,根重增加,尤以侧根更明显。

Abstract:The content of solublesugar and the total amount of amino acid in hop plants changed differently after harvesting hop cone.The changes depended on cutting period of trailing-stem and the hop section parts.However, solublesugar and starch contents in the roots were increased regularly with the delay of the cutting period of trailing-stem. The total weight of roots, especially the lateral roots, was increased.
