| 摘 要： | 湖北作为一个农业大省,农村图书馆建设关系着整个湖北的发展.文章针对新农村建设需要,对湖北农村图书馆发展的现状,存在的问题进行了分析,并提出从立法、财政、人才、信息化建设、特色文化建馆等5个方面进行改善.

| Abstract: | Hubei,which act as a huge agriculture province,the development of the village library plays an important part in developing the society and it relate to whole Hobei.To aims at the demand of new village developments,This essay mainly illustrates the present condition of the village library of Hubei,analyses its variety of problem,and discusses how to construct a new village library,based on five aspects such as: lawmaking,public finance,talented person,information building and characteristic culture and bring up the reasonable improvement opinion. |
