| 摘 要： | 基于一个结合新古典增长与内生增长原理的模型,从理论上分析了人力资本投资对农业摆脱低水平陷阱,实现可持续发展的重要作用。在此基础上,运用我国1978—2004年的数据检验了人力资本投资以及财政性农业投资对农业发展作用,实证结果对理论分析提供了有力的支持。

| Abstract: | Based on a model which combines neoclassical growth theory with endogenous growth theory,this paper analyses the important effect of investment of human capital to agriculture which makes agriculture eliminate low-level trap and realize development.Then,on basis of the data of 1978-2004 in China,a test is done on the effect of investment of human capital and finance to agriculture.The result of the demonstration supports the theory. |
