| 摘 要： | 预处理工艺是燃料乙醇生产过程成本居高不下的重要原因之一。酶法水解木质纤维素的预处理工艺包括物理法、化学法、生物法,主要是回收其中的纤维素,而生物量全利用则指出,预处理过程应将木质纤维素分离成多种组分,并分别加以利用。

| Abstract: | Pretreatment technique is a reason of high cost of fuel ethanol production. The pretreatment methods involve physical method, chemical method, biological method. In these methods, cellulose is mainly reclaimed and utilized. A new order of biomass total utilization for the pretreatment of lignocellulose is to make lignocellulose each fraction and utilize respectively. |
