| 摘 要： | PCR技术能十分有效地鉴定出移植前牛胚胎的性别,而且能适用于生产实践。可以帮助养殖者充分有效的利用奶牛资源,获得更高的经济效益。本文就PCR技术、性别鉴定的发展概况和需要解决的问题进行综述。

| Abstract: | The sex of bovine embryo can be identified with PCR technology efficaciously, which can be applied in practice. It can help the breeder to use the resource of dairy effectively and achieve higher economic benefit. An overview was done on PCR technology, the development status and the problems that need to be solved. |
