海洋低温碱性蛋白酶亚慢性毒理学研究

摘    要:应用大鼠经口、经皮肤亚慢性毒性试验,对海洋低温碱性蛋白酶毒理学进行研究。120只Wistar大鼠,随机分为6组:对照组,海洋低温碱性蛋白酶1.2g/kg(经口),1.2g/kg、0.135g/kg、0.015g/kg(经皮)和1.2g/kg(经皮追踪组),用药周期90d,追踪组增加28d观察。记录和检测大鼠的一般状况和体质量增长、脏器系数、血常规、凝血时间、肝肾功、部分血液生化和离子浓度及病理检查。结果表明,海洋低温碱性蛋白酶各组(经皮、经口)大鼠的各项指标与对照组比较均未见明显异常(P均>0.05),提示大鼠能耐受长期给予1.2g/kg(经皮、经口)的海洋低温碱性蛋白酶。

Abstract:The toxicological observations of marine low temperature alkaline proteinase were carried out by subchronic oral toxicity test and subchrolic dermal toxicity test Wistar rats (n=120) were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, the marine low temperature alkaline proteinase 1 2g/kg(orally),1 2g/kg,0 135g/kg,0 015g/kg(dermal) and 1 2g/kg(traced dermal) for 90d,the traced group was observed for 118d. General state, growth of weight and organic coefficient were observed in the rats during taking the marine low temperature alkaline proteinase. Coagulative time,routine blood test, blood biochemistry, liver and kindey function and pathological changes of tissues and organs were examined by the end of the experimet. The results show that the observed indications of the marine low temperature alkaline proteinase groups do not show obvious changes compared with that of control group ( P >0 05),and the rats can tolerate 1 2g/kg of the marine low temperature alkaline proteinase.
