摘    要:对不同LEDs光质及植物生长灯对甘蔗组培苗的影响进行了试验研究,结果表明:LEDs红蓝混合光下培养甘蔗材料增殖和生根状况要优于LEDs单色光及白光下的材料,而且不定芽增殖、不定芽形态、增殖阶段干物质含量、色素含量、生根苗质量方面均优于或不低于荧光灯下培养的材料,可以作为荧光的替代光源用于甘蔗组培苗生产。植物生长灯下培养材料与荧光灯差异不显著。

Abstract:Effects of different LEDs light qualities and plant growth light on sugarcane tissue culture seedling were studied.Results showed that multiplication and rootage of sugarcane with treatment of mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue were better than those with treatment of LED red,LED blue,LED green and white.And some features of plant material with treatment of mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue,such as adventitious bud multiplication, adventitious bud morphology,total dry weight during multiplication stage, pigment content,and rooted seedlings qualities,were better than those with treatment of fluorescent light. So mixing light qualities of LED red and LED blue could replace fluorescent light and be used in the future sugarcane plantlet mass production.There was no significant difference between cultivate with plant growth light and with fluorescent light.
