| 摘 要： | 转基因动物已成为当今生命科学发展的热点，其中转基因羊的研究又是转基因动物中较为活跃的领域。自1985年用显微注射法获得了第1只转基因羊以来，随后有关转基因羊获得成功及取得突破的相关报道逐渐增多；同时转基因羊的研制目的也从当初的转基因育种逐渐倾向于乳腺生物反应器，并亦取得显著成效。本文就此作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | The means to produce transgenic sheep, including microinjection,nuclear transfer, embryonic stem cells, retroviruses and sperm-mediated, are systematically illustrated. The application progress of transgenic sheep in two areas of transgenic breeding and mammary gland bioreactor are reviewed, and the present problems and development prospects of transgenic sheep are pointed out. |
