油门踏板结构拓扑优化设计

摘    要:目前拓扑优化设计技术广泛应用于汽车轻量化设计中。对概念设计中的油门踏板进行拓扑优化设计,得到踏板加强筋支撑结构形式,对优化设计后的结构进行强度校核计算,计算结果显示在达到预设失效载荷时,结构刚好能发生失效。使用拓扑优化设计能有效减少产品更新换代的设计时间。

Abstract:The topology optimization technology is widely used in automobile lightweight design at current time.The topology optimization technology designed the accelerator pedal of the conceptual,get the reinforc-ing structure of the pedal,checking calculation for the optimized structure,The calculation results showthat structure just to failure when reached a preset failure load.We can reduce the products’design time effec-tively when using topology optimization technology.
