| 摘 要： | 实施以生态建设为主的林业发展战略是对我国社会主义现代化建设规律的正确认识,是经济社会从增长型发展进入和谐发展阶段的历史必然。实施生态建设、发展林业能够为实现经济发展模式的生态化创造条件,为生态经济发展带来广阔前景。实施以生态建设为主的林业发展战略,核心是发展,其根本着眼点是要用新的发展思路实现林业更快更好的协调发展。不能因为局部的、工作中的具体问题,而以偏概全,否定“生态建设”的提法,否定以生态建设为主的林业发展战略。

| Abstract: | To carry out the forestry developing strategy as eco-construction oriented is the correct cognition to China 's construction law of the socialist modernization as well as the inevitable trend to bring the economic society into harmoniously developing stage. By implementing this strategy,we can create good environment for the realization of economic eco-developing mode in China. The core of it is development with the keywords- new ideas and coordination. In a word,we shall put through such strategy persistently. |
