新型滚筒式乌龙茶做青机试验研究

摘    要:将新型滚筒式乌龙茶做青机与闽南、闽北的做青机具进行试验对比 .结果表明 ,新型做青机加热温度可控 ,适合于春季低温高湿气候下的萎凋和做青 ,通风性能得到改善 ,风速分布较均匀 ,滚筒转速灵活可调 ,摇青质量高于传统摇青机 ,电加热器件节能低耗 ,清洁卫生 ,可实现做青过程的自动控制 .新型做青机的使用性能优于传统做青机具

Abstract:Compared with the fine manipulation machines in the south and north Fujian, the new type of fine manipulation roller machine of oolong tea has a controlable air temperature and is suitable for fine manipulation in spring climate at low temperature and high humidity. It is superior in performance to traditional fine manipulation machines due to its improved ventilation, uniform distribution of wind velocity, adjustable roller speed, well rocking, energy saved and clean heater, and feasible automatic control of fine manipulation.
