| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的不断发展和越来越激烈的全球化经济竞争,企业要想获得持续发展,就必须重视对企业竞争对手的竞争情报的搜集和利用,只有掌握和利用好了企业竞争情报才能掌握企业竞争的命运。本文重点阐述了企业竞争情报中的灰色信息的搜集途径与作用,指出企业要想获得更好的发展,击败竞争对手就必须重视搜集利用灰色信息。
