| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮下埋藏式灌注器腹腔化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法：将皮下埋藏式灌注器埋藏于腹壁下，其导管置于恶性肿瘤侵犯区内，于术后１～２周行灌注药物（５－ＦＵ、丝裂霉素），腹腔化疗６～９个疗程。结果：３１例消化道恶性肿瘤患者化疗后近期疗效显著。经ＣＴ、Ｂ超、ＧＩ检查随访１ａ，１７例（５４．８％）患者的恶性肿瘤阴影变小，８０．６％患者健康状态稳定。结论：术后皮下埋藏式灌注器腹腔化疗治疗消化道中晚期恶性肿瘤有良好疗效
