赤霉素对板栗短雄花序表型恢复的效应

摘    要:为研究赤霉素与板栗芽变雄花序短化的关系,以板栗短雄花序为材料,用IAA,CTK,GA3,GA4+7,IAA∶CTK=1∶1,GA3∶CTK=1∶1,GA3∶IAA=1∶1,处理短雄花序。结果表明单独使用GA3处理的恢复长度最好,平均长度为7.17 cm,恢复超过2 cm占60%。之后用HPLC法测定内源GA3的含量,结果表明GA3处理和GA4+7处理后的雄花序内源GA3的含量均显著高于对照。LC-MS法测定内源GA4含量表明,GA3处理和GA4+7处理后的雄花序内源GA4的含量均极显著高于对照。赤霉素可使短雄花序恢复伸长。

Abstract:In order to study the relation between gibberellins and the shortened mutant chestnut catkin,the mutant short catkins were treated by GA3,IAA,CTK,GA3∶CTK=1∶1,IAA∶CTK=1∶1,GA3∶IAA=1∶1 and GA4+7.The results showed the best effect was GA3 treatment,and the average length of short catkin was 7.17cm after treatment.Using HPLC to investigate the level of endogenous GA3,the results showed levels of endogenous GA3 in the catkins after GA3 and GA4+7 treatments were both significantly higher than control.Using LC-MS to investigate the level of endogenous GA4,the results showed levels of endogenous GA4 in the catkins after GA3 and GA4+7 treatments were both significantly higher than control.Therefore,both of GA3 and GA4 contributed to the elongation of the shortened mutant catkins.
