| 摘 要： | 加强实训建设和管理是高职教育实现人才培养目标和保证人才培养质量的根本所在。当前,我国高职实训教学在管理方面还存在一些问题,基础管理薄弱,各项工作有待进一步规范。要强化实训教学管理、提高实训课程质量必须深抓细节管理、严控教学流程、完善考核体系,进一步加强师生管理工作,夯实安全基础。

| Abstract: | The construction and management training is essential to strengthen vocational education,achieve training objectives and ensure the quality of the training lies.At present,there are still some problems in management of China’s vocational training.Besides,the basic management is weak and needs to be further standardized.To strengthen the practical teaching management and improve the quality of training courses requires grasping the deep details of management,controlling the teaching process,improving the examination system,further strengthening the management and reinforcing the security infrastructure. |
