花生壳挤压碎裂力学特性试验

摘    要:为了研究花生壳挤压碎裂力学特性,提高花生壳的粉碎效率,对辽北主栽花生品种花育-23和四粒红花生壳进行不同含水率、不同施压方向、不同加载速率的准静态加载的力学特性试验,测得四粒红花生壳的机械特性及碎裂受力大小。结果表明:花生壳在不同放置方式下,粉碎效果有显著差异,含水率和加载速率不同时,粉碎力大小和粉碎效果均有所变化。对进一步研究花生壳粉碎机理、花生壳粉碎力学特性及新型花生壳粉碎机的研制具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to study mechanical performance when peanut shell is compressed and fractured,and to increase the grind efficiency,the main peanut cultivars in northern Liaoning,Huayu 23 and Silihong were tested for shells with different moisture content,the pulverizing mechanical performance under different load-forces with the computer-controlled electronic tension and compression testing machine,and peanut shell physical properties and the size of the force to fragment.The results showed that the forces to form the fragments from peanut shell loaded static pressure in different directions had significant differences and the static pressure and crushing effect both changed if moisture content and load-speed were different.
