| 摘 要： | 农机购置补贴政策是国家支农惠农政策之一.但农机购置补贴政策的绩效如何评估？文章试图以平衡积分卡理论和灰色关联理论为切入点,构建一套符合湖南农机购置补贴政策的绩效评估体系.经计算分析,所有指标体系中,对农机购置补贴政策贡献最大的是带动农民对农机化发展投入了大量资金.
