摘    要:利用种子贮藏蛋白进行二二烷其磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝脉电泳,对23个高羊茅品种进行了 分析。表明该方法成本低,效率高,重复性好,能有效地反应高羊茅品种的遗传差异和亲缘关系。电泳谱带聚类分析所得到的类群,能代表生产上,饲用,草坪用类型以及两种用途中的主要生态类型。

Abstract:Tall fescue ( Festuca arundinacea Schreb) has a wide range of adaptation to climate and soil conditions. It is not only a valuable forage grass, but also an ideal erosion control grass. In the past five years, it has been more and more widely used as amenity turf in China. In the present study, we analyzed the seed protein of 23 cultivars of tall fescue using SDS-PAGE. The result of cluster analysis based on the band patterns, i.e. , "present" or "absent" of particular bands was compared with the known pedigree of the cultivars. It is shown that the closely related cultivars have similar diagrams and therefore have been grouped together in the cluster analysis. The usefulness of the method in seed analysis and plant breeding of tall fescue was discussed.
