桑树种子和苗木国家标准的制定

根据实验和大田调查结果 ,制定了桑树种子和苗木国家标准 ,对质量指标、检验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和运输等进行了规范。以千粒重、发芽率、含水率、净度、品种纯度为指标 ,将种子分为合格及不合格种子。合格实生种子要求千粒重≥ 1 4 0g、发芽率≥ 80 0 %、净度≥ 95 0 %、含水率≤ 12 0 % ;合格杂交种子要求千粒重≥ 1 4 5g、发芽率≥ 85 0 %、净度≥ 98 0 %、品种纯度≥ 95 0 %、含水率≤ 12 0 %。以苗径 (Φ)为主要指标 ,将实生苗分为一级 (Φ≥ 5 0mm)和二级 (5 0mm >Φ≥ 3 5mm)苗 ,将杂交苗分为一级 (Φ≥ 7 0mm)、二级 (7 0mm >Φ≥ 5 0mm)和三级 (5 0mm >Φ≥ 3 0mm)苗 ,将嫁接苗及扦插苗分为一级 (Φ≥ 12 0mm)、二级 (12 0mm >Φ≥ 9 0mm)、三级 (9 0mm >Φ≥ 7 0mm)和四级 (7 0mm >Φ≥ 5 0mm)苗。

Establishment of the National Standard of Mulberry Seed and Sapling

Based on field investigation and experiment,the national standard of mulberry seed and sapling has been established,which prescribed quality standard,test method,test regulation,packaging,marker and transportation of mulberry seed and sapling.Mulberry seed was divided into eligible and ineligible seed according to the classifying index Weight of 1 000 seeds (WS),Seed germination rate (SGR),Seed moisture content(SMC),Seed neatness(SN) and Mulberry varietal purity (MVP).The WS,SGR and SN of eligible common mulberry seed were over 1.40 g,80.0% and 95 0% respectively.The WS,SGR,SN and MVP of eligible hybrid mulberry seed were over 1.45 g,85.0%,98% and 95 0% respectively.The SMC of eligible common and hybrid mulberry seed were lower than 12.0%.Mulberry sapling was classified into different grades according to the main index Mulberry sapling diameter ( Φ ).Common mulberry seedling was divided into the first grade( Φ ≥5 0 mm) and the second grade(5.0 mm> Φ ≥3 5 mm).Hybrid mulberry seedling was separated into the first grade( Φ ≥7 0 mm),the second grade (7.0 mm> Φ ≥5 0 mm) and the third grade (5.0 mm> Φ ≥3 0 mm).Grafted and cutting mulberry sapling was classified into the first grade ( Φ ≥12 0 mm),the second grade (12.0 mm> Φ ≥9 0 mm),the third grade (9.0 mm> Φ ≥7 0 mm)and the fourth grade((7.0 mm> Φ ≥5 0 mm).
