用单克隆抗体进行副鸡嗜血杆菌定型

抗副鸡嗜血杆菌血清A和C型株所制备的两个血清型单克隆抗体（MAbs），分别对副鸡嗜血杆菌血清型A、B、C中的各型参考株作HI和dot－blotting试验。一种MAb（E5C12D10）为抗血清型A代表株221，另一种MAb（F2E6）为抗血清型C代表株S1。在两种试验中，不同血清型的MAbs可与对应的血清型中的副鸡嗜血杆菌株血凝（HA）抗原反应，而与血清型B代表株91、147均无反应。故这些MAbs可用于dot－blotting或HI试验进行副鸡嗜血杆菌定型。

Application of monoclonal Antibodies for serotyping Haemophilus paraganinarum

Two Serovar-speific monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) to Haemophilus paragallinarum serovars A and C strains were used in hemagglutinatination - inhibition(HI) and dot blotting tests to detect representative H.paragallinarum serovars A. B. C strains. In both HI and dot-blotting tests,one MAb(E5C12D10), against strain 221,serovar A,reacted only with serovar A strains, while other MAb(F2E6),against strain S1 of serovar C,re-acted with only Serovar C strains examined. In both tests, the two MAbs didn't react with serovar B strains.The results indicated that the MAbs of two serovars recognize serovar-speeific hemagglutinating (HA) anti-gens of H. Paragallinararum Serovar A and C strains,respectively,and that a dot- blotting test using theseMAbs is a practical alternative to the HI test for serotyping H. Paragallinarum.
