摘    要:[目的]研究酒糟对双孢蘑菇营养成分、性状及生产性能的影响,探讨利用酒糟栽培双孢蘑菇的可行性。[方法]以酒糟为主要栽培料,添加玉米芯、牛粪进行双孢蘑菇的栽培试验。[结果]配方中加入酒糟可以明显提高菌丝生长速度。酒糟40%、玉米芯20%、牛粪35%、过磷酸钙2%、石膏2%、石灰1%、pH值7.5~8.0条件下培养的双孢蘑菇子实体性状较好,产量最高,双孢蘑菇子实体中蛋白质含量最高,达32.10%。[结论]酒糟是双孢蘑菇生长的合适基质。

Effect of the Distiller's Grains on the Nutrient Composition, Property and Production Performance of Agaricus bisporus

Abstract:[Objective] The feasibility of the distiller’s grains being used for Agaricus bisporus culturing was explored through the study on the effect of distiller’s grains on the nutrient composition, property and production performance of Agaricus bisporus in culture. [Method] The Agaricus bisporus was cultured in the medium with the distiller’s grains being taken as the main culturing material and the corn cob and cow dung being added as assisted material. [Results] The rate of its mycelium growth was significantly improved in the medium formula added with distiller’s grains. Under the treatment of 40% distiller’s grains, 20% corn cob, 35% cow dung,2% calcium superphosphate, 2% gypsum and 1% lime at pH value of 7.5-8.0, the sporophore of Agaricus bisporus grew well, with the highest yield and the highest contain of protein in sporophore, reaching 32.10%. [Conclusion] The distiller′s grain was one kind of suitable substrate for Agaricus bisporus growth.
