| Abstract: | The impact on environment has been ignored in the traditional economic growing pattern.In addition,the present development situation increasingly makes us realize that it is urgency and necessity to transform the economic growing pattern.However,the circular economy can well unify the harmonious and sustainable development among society,economy and environment and has become an inevitable choice of economic development to China in new time even to the world.Faced with such complex situation in China,there were a lot of problems to be researched and thought of. |
