玉米大粒自交系选育与灌浆速率关系的研究

摘    要:选育玉米大粒自交系,对提高杂交种粒重有着明显的作用。自交系大粒形成机制是不同的。除了种质遗传的作用外,一种是由灌浆速率高形成的大粒,遗传稳定性较强;另一种是由有效灌浆期延长形成的大粒,遗传稳定性较弱,受环境影响或产。选用高灌浆速率的大粒材料作选系亲本,在大粒选择压下,自交各代均可保持高灌浆速率遗传性,从而育成新的一般配合力更高的大粒自交系,在一定条件下甚至可育成超大粒自交系。

A Study on the Relations between the Selection of Inbred Lines with Big Kernel and Filling Rate
Abstract:Selecting maize inbred lines with big kernel plays an important role in raising kernel weight of hybrid.The mechaism of big kernel formation of inbred lines was discussed.The high filling rate, with high inheritance stability,and the prolongation of effective filling period,with low inheritance stability and easy to be affected by enviroment,are responsible for the formation of big kernel besides inheritance.Using big kernel materials with high filling rate as parents,all inbred generations maintain the inheritance of high filling rate under big kernel selecting presure,Biy kernel inbred lines with better combination were bred and in certain ondition super big kernel inbred lines can be bred.
