| 摘 要： | 通过对４个不同贮存年份糜子种子活力的研究，探讨了糜子种子活力衰变与贮存时间的关系。结果表明：贮存时间对种子活力具有显著的负效应，贮存时间与种子活力呈负相关；随贮存时间的延长，种子内部生理活性降低；４个不同年份种子幼芽期酯酶、过氧化物同工酶酶谱表现一致，质和量无明显差异。

Relationship between Viability Deay and Storage Durations of Millete Broom Seed |

| Abstract: | The Study on viability of millete broom seed with differeat storage time is carried out.The result showed that the long storage duration has obviausly negative effect on viability. The viability of seed decreased with the storage time increasing. Some physiological and physichemical changes revealed simutaneusly. The esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes in four different storage years is similar. |
