植物源抗病毒剂VFB的配方优化

摘    要:为进一步完善植物源抗病毒剂VFB的加工配方,对VFB配方助剂种类及添加量等进行优化,并进行防治烟草病毒病的田间药效试验。结果表明,对VFB原配方进行简化不但未改变其活性,且明显提高其对TMV的钝化作用。新配方为90%的植物提取液+4%助剂A+5%OP-10+1%APG;田间试验表明,VFB新制剂在100倍液下,喷雾加灌根的施药方式对烟草病毒病的防效最好,达46.50%,优于对照药剂20%吗啉胍.乙铜可湿性粉剂。可见,优化后VFB对烟草病毒病具有良好的防效,值得进一步开发、应用、推广。

Abstract:In order to improve the formula of VFB, the research optimized the type and the proportion of adjuvant of VFB and carried out the field plot trials of VFB against TMV. The results showed that in vitro inactive effect of the new formula VFB against TMV was improved apparently. The optimal formula was: 90% plant extract+4%adjuvantA+5%OP 10+1%APG. From field plot trials, VFB(new formula), diluted 100 times, spraying+pouring, had the best inhibition rate(46.50%). It performed noticeably comparing with Moroxydine+Cupric acetate,W.P.(20%). Thus, the new formula VFB had a good effect on tobacco virus disease. It is worth for further development, application and promotion.
