赤松和火炬松针叶提取物抗霉菌活性的比较研究

摘    要:[目的]研究赤松和火炬松针叶提取物的抗霉菌活性。[方法]采用滤纸片法,检测不同质量浓度的松叶提取物对霉菌的抑制圈大小。[结果]结果表明,松叶提取物具有抗霉菌活性,最低抑菌浓度和最佳抑菌浓度因提取物种类和浓度的不同而不同;松叶提取物具有抗霉菌活性,但抑制效果与其质量浓度不成正比;3种提取物中,乙醇提取物的抗霉菌效果最好,而丙酮和水提取物的抗霉菌效果次之。2种松中,赤松的抗霉菌活性最强,火炬松次之。[结论]该研究结果为开发具有明显杀菌作用的植物源农药提供基础资料。
