| Abstract: | Lactoferrin (LF) is a sort of iron bind protein.Bovine lactoferricin(LfcinB)is a 25 residue peptide fragment released from the N terminal domain of bovine LF upon pepsin digestion.Some recent research of LF and LfcinB on molecular structure,antibiotics properties and regulation of gene expression were reviewed. |
