摘    要:运用自行设计制作的组培环境CO2 实时增施监控系统 ,研究葡萄组培苗在CO2 富集 ,高光合光量子流下的生长发育以及光合自养能力。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,增施CO2 的组培苗生长健壮 ,发育提前 ,光合自养能力得到促进 ,驯化成活率高 ;在同样增施CO2 的条件下 ,无糖组与有糖组的小苗生长发育状况差异不显著。因此 ,利用该系统可以实现无糖培养

Abstract:Engineering techniques were applied in tissue culture to design and make a CO2 enrichment and control system.In order to investigate the growth and photoautotrophic capability of grape(Vitis L.)plantlets in vitro,Carbenet sauignon was cultured under the condition of CO2 enrichment and high photosynthetic photon flux(PPF).The results indicated that CO2 enrichment for grape plantlets in vitro at a relatively high PPF would promote the growth and photoautotrophic capability of the plantlets;and as compared with that of CO2,the effect of sugar on the growth of plantlets was not very significant.So,application of such system will realize sugar-free culture.
