摘    要:针对南京都市区发展高效设施农业过程中的制约因素,坚持以科学发展观为指导,积极拓展解决难题的思路,探索加快发展的举措,拓宽解决问题的办法,不断提升高效设施农业区域化布局、标准化生产、产业化经营、集约化增长水平,推动南京都市区高效设施农业又好又快地发展。一是稳步推进产业化经营,在提升产业层次上求突破;二是适度增加高效设施农业比重,在提高规模效益上求突破;三是充分发挥科技引领作用,在增强农产品竞争力上求突破;四是积极创新体制机制,在增强发展活力上求突破;五是强化统筹谋划,在培养造就新型农民上求突破。
