樟萤叶甲白僵菌的分离、培养及应用试验

摘    要:试验表明:从樟萤叶甲虫尸上分离的白僵菌,经过室内扩大再培养,生产出含孢量100亿/g菌剂,制成手雷式粉炮,用菌量6kg/hm2,防治第1-2代樟萤叶甲幼虫,效果可达72.5%-87.7%;调成2亿/ml浓度的菌液喷雾防治第1代幼虫,效果可达87%-89%。

Abstract:The experiment indicated that Beauveria bassiana,isolated from the corpses of Atysa ,marginata in-sects,was used to produce microbial inocula with 10000 million spores per g by means of the expansive anoth-er culture indoors,The antitank grenade-type powder cannons were made with the microbial inocula to con-trol A. marginata larvae of the first-second generation,the amount of microbial inocula used was 6kg/hm2and the effect could reach 72.5-87.7%,When the microbial inocula were blent into liquid with the concen-tration of 200 million spores per mI to control the first-generation larvae through spraying, the control effect could reach 87-89%。
