摘    要:研究以潘那利番茄的叶片为外植体,研究不同激素及其不同浓度组合对潘那利番茄愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽分化及其生根的影响.结果表明.愈伤组织诱导和芽分化的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+IAA0.2 mg·L-1,生根的最适培养基为MS+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1,试管苗移栽后成活率为87%.该研究结果为潘...

Abstract:Lycopersicon pennellii leaves were used for explants to study the effect of different media with various hormone concentrations on its callus inducing,shoot differentiation,and rooting.The results showed that MS+6-BA 3 mg·L-1+ IAA 0.2 mg·L-1 was suited for callus induction and adventitious bud differentiation;MS+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1 was suited for root formation.Transplanting survival rate was 87%.It provided technical means for the establishment of rapid propogation,indigenous resources con-servation and utilization of Lycopersicon pennellii.
