羊驼皮肤KAP3.2基因3′端序列的cDNA克隆及序列分析

摘    要:利用大规模筛选表达序列标签(ESTs)方法,从羊驼皮肤cDNA文库中筛选出角蛋白关联蛋白(Ker-atin Associated Protein,KAP)KAP3.2基因的3′端序列,Genbank序列号为EV554632。利用生物信息学方法对此序列进行分析,结果表明,该基因片段大小为454bp,完整的ORF编码35个氨基酸;通过对其功能域分析得出,不含信号肽,在系统进化上,羊驼与人和黑猩猩的遗传距离较近。

Abstract:Using large scale screening ESTs,the keratin associated protein (KAP)3.2 gene 3'end were screened from the alpaca skin cDNA library and the accession number is EV554632.We analyzed the bioinformatics of this sequence.KAP3.2 gene 3'end,whose size was 454 bp with complete ORF which encoded 35 aminoacids and the putative protein had no signal peptide.According to the homologue analysis among mammalians,the alpaca have the nearest distance with human and pan trqlodytes.
