摘    要:肝配蛋白A5(Ephrin A5,EFNA5)是受体酪氨酸激酶家族(RTKs)成员之一,定位于细胞膜,在皮肤、脑、脾、肾脏、心脏和脂肪中均有较高表达。EFNA5能够与其受体结合发挥重要的生理功能,如参与神经发生、血管生成、促进细胞增殖与分化、平衡葡萄糖稳态、维持晶状体发育、调控雌性哺乳动物生殖、动员脂肪产热等。本文对EFNA5基因的定位、结构特征、生理功能、在癌症及畜牧等方面的研究现状进行综述,以期为EFNA5的进一步探究提供参考。

Abstract:Ephrin A5(EFNA5)is a member of the(RTKs)family of receptor tyrosine kinases.It is located in the cell membrane and is highly expressed in skin,brain,spleen,kidney,heart and fat.EFNA5 can bind to its receptors and play important physiological functions,such as participating in neurogenesis,angiogenesis,promoting cell proliferation and differentiation,balancing glucose homeostasis,maintaining lens development,regulating the reproduction of female mammals,mobilizing fat to produce heat,and so on.In this paper,the location,structural characteristics,physiological function,cancer and animal husbandry research progress of EFNA5 gene were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the further exploration of EFNA5.
