| 摘 要： | 番茄红素是一种天然类胡萝卜素,具有抗氧化、降脂、抗炎等功能.作为一种天然的饲料添加剂,番茄红素具有提高动物繁殖性能、提升畜产品品质等作用,在动物生产中有良好的应用前景.本文综述了番茄红素的生理功能及其在动物生产中应用的最新研究成果,以期为番茄红素在动物生产中更好地应用提供参考.

| Abstract: | Lycopene,a kind of carotenoid,has the effects of antioxidation,hypolipidemic and anti-inflammatory.As a naturally feed additive,lycopene can improve reproductive capacity and quality of animal products,and has bright application prospect in animal industry.This article summarized the physiological function,as well as the latest research findings on the application in animal production,which could be regarded as a reference for application of lycopene. |
