云南省蔬菜加工业发展现状及对策研究

为进一步延长蔬菜产业链,提升“云菜”市场竞争力,找出当前“云菜”产业高质量发展的瓶颈,有针对性地提出促进云南蔬菜加工业发展的对策与建议。笔者对云南省蔬菜加工业进行调查研究,2018年以来云南省蔬菜加工业发展取得了一定成效,但与省外相比仍存在一定差距,加工量不到蔬菜总产量的10%;蔬菜加工低档产品和原料型产品多;加工技术落后、产品精深加工程度低;加工原料质量参差不齐,品牌影响力不够等。因此建议通过优化结构布局、开发营养健康的加工产品、健全标准化绿色生产体系、提升加工技术装备水平等促进全省蔬菜加工业发展。

Research on the development status and countermeasures of vegetable processing industry in Yunnan

To further extend the vegetable industry chain,enhance the market competitiveness of“YunCai”,and find out the bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of“YunCai”industry currently,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development ofYunnan vegetable processing industry.It was a study of vegetable processing industry in Yunnan province according to the current situation,problems and countermeasure.It was found that although certain achievements have been made in the development of vegetable processing industry since 2018,there is still a certain gap compared with other provinces.For example,vegetable sales were still fresh ones and processing capacity which was almost low processing products and raw material products was less than 10%of total vegetable production;low degree of product deep processing;backward processing technology,variable quality of processing raw materials and lack of brand influence.Therefore,we propose to optimize layout and structure;create nutritional health processing products;improve the standardization of green vegetables production system;enhance the level of processing technology and equipment to promote the development of vegetable processing industry in Yunnan province.
