蒙脱石对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究蒙脱石对北京油鸡蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取体重相近、健康良好的180只22周龄的北京油鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复9只鸡。对照组饲喂不添加蒙脱石的基础饲粮;试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1‰、2‰、3‰、4‰蒙脱石。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:添加蒙脱石对蛋鸡平均日采食量、产蛋率、平均日产蛋重等指标影响显著;与对照组相比,2‰蒙脱石组产蛋率和平均日产蛋重显著提高;1‰、2‰、3‰、4‰蒙脱石组的蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳色泽、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、蛋壳厚度等蛋品质指标均无显著影响;与对照组相比,3‰、4‰蒙脱石组的血清总抗氧化能力显著降低,2‰、3‰蒙脱石组的总超氧化物歧化酶含量显著提高。由此可见,蒙脱石可以改善蛋鸡生产性能和血清抗氧化指标,在霉菌毒素不超标的情况下,北京油鸡饲粮推荐添加剂量为2‰。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of montmorillonite on performance,egg quality and serum antioxidant index of Beijing oil laying hens.One hundred and eighty 22-week-old Beijing oil laying hens of similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups and each group consisted of 4 replicates with 9 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed basic diet,and experimental group added 1‰,2‰,3‰and 4‰montmorillonite into basic diet.The pretrail period was 7 days and the experimental period was 56 days.The results showed as follows:The montmorillonite level significantly affected the average daily food intake,egg yield,average daily egg weight of laying hens(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the egg production rate and average daily egg weight in group 2‰MMT were significantly increased(P<0.05).The montmorillonite level had no significant effect on egg quality such as egg weight,egg shape index,egg shell color,egg shell strength,protein height,and egg shell thickness among groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,adding 3‰or more montmorillonite significantly reduced the total antioxidant capacity of serum(P<0.05),and adding 1‰and 2‰montmorillonite significantly increased the total superoxide dismutase content(P<0.05).It can be seen that montmorillonite can improve the production performance and serum antioxidant index of layers,and the recommended dosage for Beijing oil layer is 2‰.
