摘    要:为系统筛选对贵州地方猪脂肪沉积具有影响的相关酶基因,本实验以雄性野猪和雌性柯乐猪的F1代杂交猪作为研究对象,采用qRT-PCR方法检测猪背最长肌和皮下脂肪组织PPARγ、LPL、ACC、ATGL基因的mRNA表达水平,并通过Pearson方法分析背最长肌和皮下脂肪组织4个基因mRNA表达水平与胴体及肉质性状间的相关性....

Abstract:In order to screen the porcine Fat deposition-related enzyme genes that have an impact on Fat deposition in Guizhou local pigs systematically.In this research,the boar♂×Kele♀F1 hybrid pigs was used as the research object.The qRT-PCR method was used to detect the mRNA expression levels oF PPARγ,LPL,ACC and ATGL in the Longissimus dorsi and Subcutaneous Fat oF pigs.The Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between indicators and the mRNA expression levels oF all genes in the Longissimus dorsi and Subcutaneous Fat,respectively.The results showed that the ACC and PPARγgenes were the highest in the Longissimus dorsi and Subcutaneous Fat,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was a signiFicant positive correlation in the expression oF LPL with PPARγand ACC gene in the Longissimus dorsi,respectively.And a signiFicant positive correlation between PPARγand ACC gene in Subcutaneous Fat;The expression levels oF PPARγand LPL genes in Longissimus dorsi were signiFicantly negatively correlated with muscle water;the expression levels oF LPL genes in Subcutaneous Fat were signiFicantly negatively correlated with skin thickness.The results oF this study can Further conFirm that the Fat deposition-related enzyme gene LPL plays an important role in the Fat deposition oF boar♂×Kele♀F1 hybrid pigs.
