山东地区甜瓜白粉病生理小种的鉴定

摘    要:为明确山东地区甜瓜白粉病病原菌的种类及其生理小种,于2019年夏季在山东省济南、莘县、寿光、寒亭、昌乐、东明县等6个甜瓜主要产区采集了10份白粉病病原菌进行调查,采用国际通用的13个甜瓜白粉病生理小种的鉴别寄主对山东地区甜瓜白粉病病原菌的种类及生理小种进行鉴定。根据鉴别寄主抗感反应的表现及光学显微镜观察,确定了导致山东地区甜瓜白粉病的生理小种均为单囊壳属白粉菌1号生理小种。试验结果不仅初步明确了山东地区甜瓜白粉病病原菌的种类及其生理小种类型,也为甜瓜白粉病的抗病育种奠定了基础。

Abstract:To clarify the pathogen and physiological races of melon powdery mildew in Shandong province,10 samples of powdery mildew pathogen were collected from 6 major melon producing areas in Jinan,Shenxian,Shouguang,Hanting,Changle and Dongming counties on the summer of 2019.The species and physiological races of melon powdery mildew pathogen in Shandong province were identified by using manifestation of antisensory reaction of the 13 internationally acknowledged hosts and optical microscope observation.The results showed that all the physiological species causing powdery mildew disease of melon in Shandong area were Sphacrotheca fuliginea races 1.Our results not only preliminarily defined the types and physiological races of the pathogen of melon powdery mildew in Shandong province,but also laid a foundation for the disease resistance breeding of melon.
