摘    要:白藜芦醇是一种天然的植物多酚,在大豆、葡萄、虎杖等植物中广泛存在,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌等生物学活性.本文总结了白藜芦醇的来源、提取工艺及合成途径,并综述了其生理功能相关的分子机理,以期为白藜芦醇在养猪生产中的合理利用提供参考与研究思路.

Abstract:Resveratrol is a kind of non-flavonoids polyphenols that widely exists in plants such as soybean,grape and polygonum cuspidatum.It have multiple biological activities including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.This paper summarized the source,extraction technology,synthesis pathway of resveratrol,and the molecular mechanism related to its physiological functions,in order to provide reference and research ideas for the rational application of resveratrol in pig production.
