甘肃省河西灌区粮食生产问题研究

摘    要:通过分层对比的方法对甘肃省河西灌区粮食生产状况进行分析研究,存在的问题是粮食生产结构单一分散经营与大市场的矛盾突出;粮食购销与农民交售的矛盾突出;粮食流通不畅,粮食企业效益不佳;粮食加工企业专业化水平低,产品档次低,产品处在竞争不断恶化的不利境地;中国加入WTO将对河西灌区粮食生产带来一定冲击。采取的措施和途径是调整种植业结构,优化粮食和经济作物结构;依靠科技创新加速建立粮食转化创新体系;加快粮食生产专用化、营养化、商品化之路;促进本区农业实现可持续发展;提高粮食生产技术和促进粮食产业化发展。

Abstract:In this article, the analyses and studies are carried out on the condition of grain production in Hexi irrigating areas, adopting the methods of stratification and contrast. By analyzing, the author found out that the main existing problems are;the monotonous structure of grain production and scattered operation are in conflict with the main [(market oper)0(ation; there is a contradiction between the purchase and)] selling of grain and farmers’ offering and selling; the grain circulation is always set back; the efficiency of enterprises of this field is less satisfactory; the enterprises grain process have a lower level of specialization; so the production has to belong to a lower class, as a result, the competition of such inferior production is always in an unfavorable condition and a constantly deteriorative environment. As China enters into the WTO, it has a certain impact on the grain production of this area. According to such a condition, the author therefore offers the following measures and ways out: to adjust the planting structure; to optimize the structure of grain and industrial crops; to depend on scientific and technological innovation to build the new system of grain transformation; to quicken the steps to the road of specialization and commercialization of grain production and how to make it more nutritious; to stimulate the agriculture of this area to develop more steadily and profitable; to improve the technology and to accelerate [(the industrial development of the grain production. )0( )]
