重庆养鸭场雏鸭大肠杆菌分离鉴定及药敏试验

对重庆市部分县养鸭场雏鸭所发疾病进行调查，根据其临床症状、病理变化及病原分离鉴定，确诊为大肠杆菌病。从部分乔鸭场分离出的细菌通过形态染色特征、生化试验、致病性试验，得到15株大肠杆菌强毒株。对15株病原菌进行药敏试验，结果表明多数菌株对丁胺卡那霉素、妥布霉素素等抗生素高度敏感；对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、四环素等不敏感。

IDENTIFICATION AND ANTI -BIOTIC SENSITIVITY OF E. COLI FROM DUCKLINGS OF SOME DUCK FARMS IN CHONGQING MUNICIPALITY

In an epidemic investigation on some duck farms in Chongqing, the disease of the ducklings was diagnosed as cnlibacillosis based on the clinic symptoms, pathogenic changes and pathogen isolation and identification. Fifteen E. coli strains were isolated from the infected ducklings. Antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that most of the isolated E. coli had high sensitivity to Amicaein and Tobramycin.
