红瑞木扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:探讨了激素浓度、浸泡时间和插穗部位对红瑞木扦插生根的影响。结果表明,选择枝条下部制穗,在ABT2浓度为300mg/L、NAA浓度为200mg/L配成的处理液中浸泡4h,扦插后生根率最高,可达到92%。选择枝条上、中部制穗,处理液浓度不适宜,插条浸泡时间偏短或过长,会明显降低插条的生根率。

Abstract:Discussed the Influence of hormone concentration,soaking time and cutting site on Swida alba Opiz propagation.The result showed that choose the cutting underpart,soaked 4 hours in moderate concentration of growth medium which deploied by ABT2 with the concentration of 300mg/L and NAA with the concentration of 200mg/L,had the highest rooting,the rooting rate would reach over 92%.Choose the cutting toppart or middlepart,the concentration of growth medium was not suitable,the soaking time too long or too short,the rooting well be reduced significantly.
