| 摘 要： | 利用巨尾桉无性系组培苗和扦插苗2种苗木进行造林试验,3年多试验表明,组培苗比扦插苗造林成活率高8.17%-9.07%,经方差分析达显著水平;组培苗造林的各项生长指标、抗风倒(折)能力略高于扦插苗,但两者之间差异未达到显著水平。

| Abstract: | The silviculture experiment with tissue culture seedling and cutting seedlings of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla clones was conducted for 3 years.The survival percentage of tissue culture seedlings was 8.17% to 9.07% higher than that of cutting seedlings.There was significant difference in the survival percentage between them according to variance analysis.All growth indices and resistance to storm of tissue culture seedling were higher than those of cutting seedlings.There was no significant difference between them. |
