试样厚度及缺角对人工林木材顺纹抗剪强度的影响

摘    要:对不同厚度及缺角的速生材试样,进行了顺纹抗剪强度的测定。测试结果表明:3种厚度的杉木和茅栗径面试样的抗剪强度,在0.05水平上经t检验差异均不显著;缺角试件在0.01、0.05、0.001水平上经t检验差异均显著至极显著。为木材顺纹抗剪强度的测定,提供了调整试样宽度和径面厚度的参考依据。

Abstract:Shear strengths of small clear-wood specimens from Chinese Fir and Seguin chestnut were tested according to Chinese ISO 3347 and American ASTM 143 standards.The objective was to examine the effect of sample thickness and cutting angle on the shear strengths.Analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the shear strength between the different sample thicknesses for both species.However,the result of t-test indicated that the cutting angle had considerable effect on the shear strength.The results provide references for revising the existing standard method of testing shear strength parallel to the grain for wood.
