摘 要: | 应用不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液处理玉米种子和幼苗,探讨壳聚糖对玉米种子萌发及幼苗某些生理生化特性的影响。试验结果表明,3种浓度的壳聚糖溶液均能不同程度的提高种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗株高、过氧化物酶活性、α-淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量,其中以0.2%壳聚糖溶液的效果最好。

Effect of Chitosan on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Maize |

Abstract: | To investigate effect of chitosan on seed germination and some physiological characteristics of maize, seed and seedling of maize were treated with different concentration of chitosan. The results showed that three concentration of chitosan could increase seed germination percentage, germination index, seedling height, POD activity, α-amylase activity, the content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll. In all of three concentrations, the concentration of 0.2% was the best. |
