| 摘 要： | 多糖是海藻中一类重要的生物活性物质,近年来已引起国内外学者的高度关注。大量研究表明,海藻多糖化学结构复杂,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和抗氧化等多种药用活性。从化学结构和药用活性2个方面对海藻多糖的研究进展进行综述,为后期对海藻多糖的深入研究和深度开发提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | The polysaccharides were indicated to be one of the main bioactive compounds in seaweeds,which have attracted great attention of researchers worldwide.According to a large number of studies,the polysaccharides from seaweeds have various biological activities such as immunoregulation,anti-tumor,anti-virus and anti-oxidation,attributed to their unique chemical structures.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the further research and deep development of seaweed polysaccharides,we reviewed the studies on the structure and bioactivity of seaweed polysaccharides. |
