| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生食品安全知识认知行为现状,为在校大学生食品安全宣传教育提供科学依据,采取问卷形式进行调查,分别从性别、是否食品专业、文化程度及生活水平4个方面探究它们与食品安全认知之间的关系。研究表明:(1)男性比女性更关注食品安全问题,会有目的地学习食品安全知识;(2)在生活中,食品专业的学生在消费时更能判断食品的安全问题;(3)生活条件高的人更乐意接受食品安全的科技知识,生活方式更多样化。

| Abstract: | To understand the status of food safety knowledge cognitive behavior of college students,and provide scientific basis for food safety publicity and education of college students,the survey adopts the form of questionnaires from four aspects:gender,food specialty,cultural level and living standard,to explore the relationship between them and the awareness of food safety.The research shows that:①men are more focused on food safety problems than women,will learn food safety knowledge purposefully;②students of food specialty can judge food safety more when consuming in life;③people with high living conditions are more likely to accept food safety technologies and have more diverse lifestyles. |
